Yes — free of charge. Tell us your board dimensions when you book so we mount the right rack before delivery or pickup.
Can I leave the bike at the Cloud 9 parking overnight?
Overnight parking at public stacks can invite scratches or tampering — we recommend rolling back to your resort's secure scooter bay ( many Catangnan properties offer locked gates). Use your steering lock, cover the bike if provided, and WhatsApp us if you need an alternate handover plan.
Is it safe to ride with a longboard?
Longboards add side weight — take corners slower on sandy patches near Tourism Road connectors and avoid sudden braking with the rack fully loaded. Our team demos strap tension at pickup; if you're new to rack riding, do a short practice lap before heading into peak Catangnan traffic.
